We choose Al Picchio because of the location, it is near the old city and close to the beach, 5 min. walking. The staff was very kind, the room were perfectly clean, they change the towels every day. Wi fi signal was good. Anna was very helpfull and kind, she made our trip very pleasent. If you are planning to rent a car as we did Al Picchio has their own parking space about 200m from the apartment, so you do not have to worry about safety. We certainly recommend this B&B. I was looking for some peace full holiday and I found here a little piece of paradise on Earth, let say Al Picchio was my little cloud, amazing family is running the hotel , all ways ready to help for indications and place to dine to, no idea why this is called a B/B as it should be rated four star minimum, the room looked like they where renewed just before I arrived and with a typical Italian perfection, I did not see a high class quality very often by the past and I travel a lot....expensive??? not at all , got a deal 50/night and got back there few days later and got the same deal but as it was quiet they upgrade me straight away, that s what I call value and honesty, thank s to all of them.
